- 120g EVOO (extra virgin olive oil)
- 2ts djon mustard
- salt & peper, to taste
- 20g lemon juice, or white wine vinegar

Looks like a great salsa and I like the suggestion of adding cashew.
Yummy. I added some crushed cashews at the end which thickened it up a bit.
