TM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Surprised at how well this turned out. If I had time to allow it rise before cooking would it be even better I wonder?
My last minute, go to bread. Doesn't keep long, but doesn't matter, as we go through basically all of it in one sitting.
So good straight from the oven with butter. Love that you add all
ingredients at once and that you don't need to preheat the oven.
quick and easy. my go to bread in a hurry
Easy quick bread for soup or stew with a great crust. Took the lid off the Dutch oven for final 10 mins to brown up a bit. A little dense but nice served warm. My daughter enjoyed making it.
I'm not good with bread making ...this is quick and easy !
Absolutely wonderful, quick version of one of my old favourites. Not quite as good as the real thing due to no rising time, but really close!! Thank you so much for sharing this! Will be using it again and again.
