I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Set aside a few raspberries for the garnish.
Place raspberries in TM bowl and defrost for 2 min, 50C, speed 2. If you still have some frozen chunks in there after this time, repeat for one further minute.
If preferred, use a fine strainer/sieve to remove seeds from raspberries (I leave this out but some people find the seeds interfere with the creamy texture of this dish).
Add quark and yoghurt, and mix 10 seconds, speed 4. Flavour and sweeten to taste with vanilla and sugar.
Spoon quark into separate serving dishes.
Clean out TM bowl and use butterfly to beat a small quantity of cream for the garnish. Mix this half-half with natural yoghurt to make a tangy yoghurt-cream.
Spoon or pipe yoghurt-cream onto quark; top with a few of the reserved raspberries and sprinkle with chocolate curls.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Tip
See "Quark - German spreadable cheese" recipe on my profile for how to make your own quark. It is available in some delis/supermarkets but it is expensive and the quality is variable.
