  • 50 grams raw sugar
  • 450 grams ice
  • 250 grams Milk
  • 100 grams cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 2 golden gaytime icecreams, with stick removed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Crush biscuits 10 seconds / speed 8, set aside

    Mill sugar 10 seconds / speed 9

    Add ice, milk, cream and vanilla essence. Process 60 seconds / speed 9 (use spatula whilst processing if required)

    Add golden gaytimes and mix 10 seconds / speed 7

    Serve in a cup with crushed biscuits to garnish
