For a different result, add fresh or dried fruit to the TM bowl at the end of cooking. There is no need for additional cooking...the heat of the custard will be sufficient to heat the fruit through.

The pudding was easy and delicious. I will use less sugar next time. It's lovely with crushed pineapple mixed through but wouldn't be authentic then I guess.
I will definitely make this again but will lessen the amount of sugar as it is very sweet. Probably down to 100 - 150 grams of sugar. It was lovely with stewed plums and rhubarb.
Delicious and I'm not a huge fan of traditional rice pudding. I made with 150g sugar and it was perfect for my family. Yum! Will definitely be making again soon!
I used Rapadura sugar & it turned out like caramel...delicious thanks Judy.
Think my hubby will like this alot
