Delicious, thank you! Spices did burn at the bottom too.
I added sultanas.
We had no tinned tomatoes so I used one fresh one plus 70gm of tomato paste.
This was absolutely delish. I didn't have pumpkin, beans or sweet potato just used what I had in the fridge. Added one long red chilli seeds as well & it was not hot just had a nice warmth. Served with jasmine rice & sour cream on top. Added this to my favourite. Will cook this again & again. Thank you for this recipe 😘
My mince got totally minced! I knew I shouldn't of just added it in, should have put the mince in the simmering basket. Lovely flavour though and will make again!
Amazing, the result with my TM5 was perfect!
Yum! Used lamb mince and my veggies were potato and a ton of peas but it was still delicious. Three kids even loved it and told me to save the recipe!!
Sooo good .... the only fresh veg I had were potatoes, so I used some frozen peas, corn & carrots! Just threw them in at veg stage. Recipe is so full of flavour and a great way to use minced beef.
Really easy and very tasty....thank you 😀
Fantastic...I added red chilli paste instead of the red chilli. Very spicy but everyone loved it.
Easy and a different slant on mince. Thanks
This was fantastic. My son loved it
