Ingredients
- 1 brown onion, Peeled ad Halved
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 red chilli, (optional)
- 1 red capsicum sliced
- 2 sticks Celery
- 20 grams olive oil
- 200 grams chorizo, sliced into coins
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 400 grams Tinned tomatoes
- 725 grams 4 bean mix
- 125 grams white wine
- 10 fresh basil leaves

Add onion, garlic and chilli to TM bowl. Chop 3 seconds speed 7.
Add celery and capsicum. Chop 3 seconds speed 4
Add choizo, spices and oil and cook 10 minutes, Varoma, reverse speed 1
Add remaining ingredients and cook 20 mins varoma, reverse, speed 1 with TM basket on the lid instead of MC.
Serve with a poached egg on top and crusty bread for a hearty breakfast or anytime meal.
NOTE. Chorizo can be quite salty. If this dish needs extra salt add a tsp of TM stock paste.

Fantastic recipe, I accidentally forgot the white wine whoops but it was still delish so yummy with a perfect thermie poached egg and some sour dough bread yummy
So tasty! Although I was stumped there for a while trying to work out if it was meant to be tinned or packet four bean mix. I went with tinned and it worked perfectly!
