Delicious!
My go to shepherd pie. Mince in fantastic and not mushy at all. Great dish
So yummy, thanks
Absolutely delicious!! Will be making this again.
This is a great easy meal to make. We have enjoyed this on numerous occasions.
Hi there, you could try adding 100g or so of tomato paste and extra wine instead of the tinned tomatoes if you prefer the filling firmer....I also use Ardmona tomatoes as I find they stay a little thicker
I found it a bit runny but jaust added some cornflour. Thanks
Thanks for the recipe - my mince turned out great - I shall be using this method with other mince dishes
That is a shame....cant figure out why as the meat does not come into contact with the blades at all during cooking until the very end and so should be a large lump when it is tipped into the bowl....I have reduced the "blade" time from 5 mins to 2-3 minutes...perhaps that will help.
This turned out mushy. Taste was okay.
I wont be making this again.
