This was good, thought we'd try a different style quiche. I didn't make the pastry but just had the mixture it's self (and it still turned out great). The only thing i would change would be to have a little cheese or change to cheddar, as i felt it was a little overpowering of the other flavours for my liking. But was very yum, thankyou.

    This Quiche was delicious!

I used store bought short crust pastry & blind baked that for 10 minutes as I was short on time.

Definately a winner, we will be having this one regularly  tmrc_emoticons.)

Thankyou Kerry691 for an interesting version to a quiche and cauliflower. I made this for lunch today for my guests, feedback was good, thought I might add some toasted pine nuts for a bit of Crunch next time, it took longer to cook than the suggested time, I think I gave it about 15 mins extra, but overall it was very nice....thanks.

Had it for dinner tonight and loved it. I did have mixture left over so perhaps my dish was smaller.

That is terrific Deana, so glad it was a hit with your family! I use a large quiche dish that I bought in Woolies, it must be bigger than average tmrc_emoticons.)

This is delicious! I must have a small pastry dish though, 1 big one and 12 little ones. As they all went like hot cakes last night, I'm making more today, and not changing a thing! Thanks!
