Yum. Had a problem with sticking to the pan but probably more user error. I had this with blueberries and yoghurt and it was delish Smile

Delicious, super healthy & the compote is amazing.

i only used 1 medium banana & would recommend you double  (2 medium  bananas) the mixture if your feeding 3 or 4 people.

Turned out great, we used 2 small bananas and the consistency was perfect.  Next time i will try coconut flour as the kids didnt like the coconut feel.  The compote was divine, would be good with maple syrup if you dont have blueberries.

Thanks for the recipe - these were super easy and, more importantly, a hit with fussy Mr 4 tmrc_emoticons.)

I really enjoyed these pancakes - tasty, quick and easy. The boys (8, 6, 3 & 1) ate them but two of them weren't huge fans of the texture but as we're new to paleo I'm sure this is something they will get used to!
