I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
I had cleaned my pantry and found several tins of red kidney beans. So Saturday night kids are all out and wanting to make something for dinner with what we have at home.
To start grate cheese up to 10 seconds on speed 8 and put aside.
Add garlic, onion and spices chop 3 seconds speed 7 and scrap down sides.
Add oil, spices and cook 3 minutes, 100 on speed 1 then scrap down sides.
Add beans, tomato, 1/2 cheese, tobasco, dash of lime juice and cook at 100 for 5 minutes on reverse speed 1.
Spread chips on tray, pour the beans over corn chips, sprinkle with cheese and cook for 5 minutes.
Add sour cream and avaocdo on top and serve and enjoy
Chill Bean Tacos
Tip
You don't have to cook in over but makes the chips nice and crunchy. You could add meat to this if you want.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

This is my go to recipe for vega nachos we love it
Yummy and easy. Will make again
Great quick, cheap, tasty, easy meal. I added zuchinnis and mushrooms to guts it up a bit because I wasn't using corn chips. Next time I will double the quantity as it only served 2 (or maybe we're just big eaters).
Will absolutely be doing this one again!
These were awesome, really tasty and appropriately meaty Making them again this week after having them last week.
