- 250 grams short pasta
- 500 grams Boiling water
- 250 grams thickened cream
- 1 tablespoon Fresh herbs
- 1 teaspoons TM Veggie Stock
- pepper to taste

Place Onion in TM Bowl & chop - speed 7 for 5 sec
Add bacon and saute for 5 mins, varoma temp, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 1.
Add Pasta of choice (if using spaghetti/fettuchini break pasta in half or thirds), hot water, cream, TM Veggie stock & pepper.
Cook for 15 mins, 100 degrees, "Counter-clockwise operation" ,"Gentle stir setting"
Add chopped herbs and stir "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" for 30 sec

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
