Bacon Mushroom Tomato Risoni Pasta
- 350 g Bacon Pieces
- 1 onion, Peeled and halved
- 20 g olive oil
- 200 g fresh brown mushrooms, sliced
- 1-2 zucchini, sliced
- 1 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
- 800 g canned chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 3 bunches fresh basil
- 200 g dried risoni pasta
- 150 g Fresh Baby Spinach

- place onion in bowl
Speed 5 - 3 seconds - add oil and bacon pieces
7 minutes - 100 deg - speed 2 - add all remaining ingredients except spinach
Cook 15 minutes -100 degrees - speed 3 - - Serve on bed of fresh baby spinach

Flavour was nice but Risoni seem to breakup and went very gluggy. Not sure if this was designed for a larger bowl but didn't all fit into the 31.
