Ingredients

  • 50 grams Parmasen Cheese, cubed
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 onion, peeled & in half
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 20 grams olive oil
  • 320 grams Arborio rice
  • 1-2 tablespoons chicken stock paste
  • 1 --- Chicken Breast Cubed
  • 100 grams Peas & Corn
  • 1 Large Sweet Potato
  • 720 grams Water.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Place parmaesan cheese into mixing bowl & grate 10 seconds/ speed 10. Put aside into thermoserver

  2. 2) Place garlic & onion into mixing bowl & chop 3 seconds / speed 4. Scrape down edges with spatula

  3. 3) Add butter & oil & saute 3 mins/ 120 degrees/ speed 1

  4. 4) Inset butterfly whisk. Add risotto rice 1 minute/ 120 degrees/ reverse, speed 1 

  5. 5) Add stock, chicken, sweet potato, peas & corn & water. Cook 16 minutes/ 100 degrees/ reverse/ speed 1

  6. 6) Transfer into the thermoserver & stir the cheese through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes to thicken tmrc_emoticons.;)

Tip

I using Aldi or brown rice allow extra cooking time

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
