Blue cheese dip
- 225 grams cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 115 grams Crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 tsp Dried or fresh thyme
- 1 dash Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cream, If necessary to thin it down.

- 1. Add all ingredients to the "Closed lid" .
2. Blitz sp 4 / 20 seconds.
3. Add cream if you like it less firm.
Serve with crisp carrot and celery sticks, and crackers.

Tip
This dip gets better if left to develop the flavours over a few days.
Also delicious as a salad dressing.
