Recipe's preparation

    Tasty Broccoli
  1. Place oil, water, garlic and brocoli into the TM Bowl.  Arrange the Broccoli around the blades stems down.  Can place them on top of each other too if you have a large broccoli as long as the stumps are facing down.

    Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Cook at 100 degrees on REVERSE speed soft for 8 minutes.

Drain and remove garlic and serve.

TASTES SO MUCH BETTER THAN STEAMED BROCCOLI!!

I added some cauliflower to the broccoli so needed to add some extra time but it is delish! I did add only 80g water and 15g oil as mentioned in comments. Left MC in and used frozen baked garlic.
it smells so good while cooking!!

Tasted nice. I had what was probably a smaller broccoli and was a bit over cooked. Will adjust cooking time in future and add other veg.

Also only used 15g of oil.

    Thanks for sharing.

Love this recipe, has been my goto for broccoli for some time now.

Every now now and then it does seem to be a bit more watery though, I don’t think I do anything different on those occasions lol 🤷‍♀️

Cooking broccoli: was OK. I like broccoli. Having read all the comments I was excited to try this. The result was a normal bowl of cooked broccoli, slightly soggy. I already used extra garlic and a few big "3-finger" pinches of salt. The main downer was the broccoli was soggy. There was maybe 30ml of liquid left after the cooking process. So next time I will try using 25ml less water and 5g less oil, with MC off (recipe did not specify so in my first try I kept MC on) and check after 6m30sec. Hope the result will be better then.

I'm Chinese and as a kid was given broccoli not infrequently. That was tasty. Have to say this in comparison was not very exciting and less tasty. Sorry, just being frank...!

Lovely, for once it wasn't watery. Just the perfect time for that amount of broccoli.
Cant wait to try it with other veg as suggested.

I've made this quite a few times now and have done it with carrot, beans, cauliflower and it always turns out great. It's my go to for quick vegies.
