- 4 heaped tablespoons dried brown lentils, Or canned
- 2 heaped tablespoons linseed
- 3 heaped tablespoons sunflower seeds

- Soak the lentils in twice as much hot water as the amount of lentils.
Soak the seeds, while you get the other ingredients out to make the dish & begin to prepare the dish, following the cookidoo recipe.
Peel the Swede & carrot & cut into chunks & follow the recipe on Cookidoo, leaving out the kidney beans, chickpeas & other beans.
Follow the rest of the steps, draining the water from the seeds & lentils before adding them.
Seed & lentil preparation
Tip
I left out the chickpeas, a slice of garlic & 1/4 of a shallot too. Useful for a low fodmap diet
