Ingredients

Bacon and Cheese Puffs

  • 50 g bacon
  • 75 g Parmesan cheese, (cubed)
  • 160 g full cream milk
  • 60 g vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 170 g arrowroot flour
  • butter for greasing

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1.Preheat oven to 220 degrees and grease 24 hole muffin tray. Set aside

    2.Add bacon to bowl, cover with lid/ MC, cut 5 sec/sp 9. Set aside in bowl.

    3.Place cheese into mixing bowl, cover with lid/MC and grate 10sec/sp 9. Set aside.

    4.Add all remaining ingredients (including reserved cheese) cover with lid/MC and blend together 20sec/sp 8

    5.Scrape down mixing bowl with spatula and blend for a further 5sec/sp 8

    6.Pour batter into muffin trays and sprinkle bacon on top

    7.Bake until lightly browned. Approx. 15 mins

    8.Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few mins before serving

    I made these for a funeral this week. They were the perfect finger food/ one bite bliss.
    They were all eaten very quickly, some enjoyed them with sauce, others ate them on there own.
    I can highly recommend them. I heated them up in the church oven for 10 minutes at 150' C . Thank you for sharing.
