- 700g zuchinni, Roughly chopped
- 1 onion, Cut in quarters
- 4 rashers of short cut bacon, Roughly choppe
- 5 eggs
- 150g almond meal
- 90g olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- pinch Your favourite herbs

Chop zuchinni, onion & bacon for 10 secs/ speed 5 & or until chopped evenly & put aside.
Put remaining ingredients in TM bowl and mix for 20secs/ speed 4.
Add zuchinni, onion, bacon mix back to TM bowl and combine all ingredients for 40 secs/ speed 3, reverse
Pour into a greased oven proof dish and cook in oven 180C for 40 mins or until browned on top and knife comes out clean.
Serve with salad or on its own.
Tip
Try adding other vegetables such as potato, sweet potato, tinned corn, grated carrot.
