Ingredients

Savoury muffin

  • 300 Self Raising Flour
  • 300 g Milk
  • 90g olive oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 50g cheese, Parmesan or strong cheddar
  • 200g silverbeet, fresh, Cooked drained and chopped
  • 100g semi dried tomato
  • 100g feta cheese
  • salt pepper to season
  • Tomato and papitas for top

Recipe's preparation

    Muffins
  1. Grate Parmesan cheese 10secs speed 8
    add oil ,milk ,egg,semi dried tomatoes salt pepper and mix 20 secs speed 7

    heat oven 200
    add silverbeet mix on reverse for 3secs


    then weigh in flour combine 2secs speed 4 then with spatula give a stir dont over mix just till flour mixed through
    divide between 12 muffins tin (i used the silicone muffin tin from mixshop and made 16) and I put feta on top you can put thin slice of,tomato and pepitas if you like then cook for approximately 20 mins maybe bit,less fanforced

Tip

I used 2x50g eggs my chooks lay different sizes! ,you can use spinach instead silverbeet and I used some capsicum jar instead sundried tomato on other times
,add herbs basil or parsley also i top with cooked pumpkin cubes or baby tomatos
i also put tomato on top and papitas for crunch
WHEN I USED THE SILICONE MUFFIN TINS IT MADE 16 AND COOKED IN 15MINS
