Ingredients

  • 120 g Shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 50 g Dark or Milk Chocolate, Chopped
  • zest of one orange
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Natvia 100% Natural Sweetener
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract or paste
  • 1 pinch salt

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 160oC (fan forced).

    2. Place chocolate, broken into pieces, into bowl and chop 3sec/sp 7. Add flour, coconut, cocoa, zest and salt and mix 3sec/sp 7. Set aside and clean bowl well.

    3. Insert butterfly into clean bowl, then whip together egg whites, Natvia and vanilla for 3-4mins/sp 3.5, or until soft peaks form. Remove butterfly.

    4. Add dry chocolate mix back into bowl and mix soft(Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" )/20 sec. Scrape down sides of the bowl and repeat until all ingredients are coated.

    5. Place 1/2 tablespoons onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and cook for 20-25 mins. Cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Tip

Can be made dairy free by using dairy free chocolate
