- 115 g Butter, Room Temp
- 110 g oil
- 120 g sugar
- 90 g icing sugar
- 1 egg
- 15 g Vanilla Bean Paste
- 315 g plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoons bicarbonate of soda
- 1 sachet Chia Tea Bag

- Pre Heat Oven to 180degrees
Line 2 Baking Sheets with paper - Add to bowl 115g Butter, 110g Oil, 120g Sugar, 90g icing sugar, 1 egg, 15g ( 2teaspoons) Vanilla Bean paste, and mix 15seconds Speed 4 "Closed lid"
- Add 315g Plain flour , 1/2 Teaspoon Bi Carb Soda, and Chai Tea Bag Leaves to bowl
Mix 15seconds speed 4 scrape down to combine, - transfer dough to bowl and place in fridge for 1 hour.
Once chilled play dough balls on trays press down slightly and cook for 10-12mins at 180degrees or until golden around edges
ice cooled cookies, using icing sugar and milk into thick paste and sprinkle either cinnamon or more chai tea bag over icing,
