- 1 lemon
- 170 grams raw sugar
- 100 grams Butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 150 grams plain four
- 150 grams icing sugar

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) grate zest of lemon for 12 seconds on speed 9. Set aside.
2) grind raw sugar 3 seconds speed 9.
3) add butter to bowl. Soften for 5 seconds speed 8.
4) insert butterfly. Mix sugar and butter 2 minutes sipped 3-4.
5) remove butterfly. Scrape down sides of bowl. Add eggs, juice of half lemon, salt and half lemon zest. Mix together 6 seconds speed 6.
6) add flour. Mix "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 3 until combined.
7) pour into prepared tin (15x15 cake tin) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden around edges.
8 )remove from oven and allow to cool completely before icing.
9) add icing sugar, remaining lemon zest and juice of half lemon to rinsed bowl. Mix 15 seconds speed 4. Pour and spread over cooled brownies. Allow to set.
