OMG! We love this dukkah - we have it on every camping trip!
This is delicious however did anyone else have issues with the blades getting stuck during cooking? Not good for the motor... I had to grind it then finish the cooking to stop it happening.
So good - love it on my eggs in the morning too.
What size jar would I need for this recipe?
A nice addition to grilled lamb cutlets
yummo. quick and easy. thanks!
It will keep in the pantry, but storing it in the freezer is the way to go for freshness xx
I've been keeping mine in the fridge, not sure how it would go in the pantry
i didnt have all the ingredients and used the wrong garlic so i can imagine how much better it would be with all the spices!
I love garlic so love the flavour of this dukkhah and it smells so good when cooking with it. It's the first dukkhah I've made.
Question - does it keep in the pantry or does it need to be refrigerated or can it be stored in the freezer? Thanks.
