Ingredients
- 1 banana (large)
- 1/2 cup Natvia/Rice Malt Syrup
- 3/4 cup Natural peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Pure Vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- 1 1/2 cup Ground Rolled oats/Almond Meal
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a large baking tray with paper.
Place wet ingredients in TM bowl (peanut butter, rice malt syrup/natvia, banana, egg, vanilla). Mix for 20 seconds on speed 4 until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients. "Closed lid" and mix for 30 seconds"Dough mode" until combined, but do not overmix.
Drop tablespoons full onto cookie sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, cool for 5 minutes and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

These tasted much like peanut butter. My husband enjoyed them. For some reason my batch took much longer than 10-12 minutes to bake. I'll try again. Thank you.
