- 220 g Butter
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g apricot jam
- 600 g SR flour

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Melt butter on 60 degrees for 2 minutes on speed 2.
Add remaining ingredients and mix for 20 seconds on speed 4, using spatula to assist.
Press into a large baking dish and bake in oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Cool in the tin.
When completely cool, cut into squares.
Tip
I have also made this with quince paste instead of apricot jam and it was just as delicious.
