- 1000 g Chuck Steak, Cubbed 2-3cm
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 210 g water
- 2 tbsp Vegetable stock paste
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/2 tsp Rock or Himalayan salt
- 100 g Cranberries
- 1 tbsp arrowroot flour
- 1.5 tbsp water

Add Orange Zest to the Bowl and Mill 15 Seconds, Speed 10
Reserve zest to a seperate bowl
Add Oinon and Coconut Oil Chop 3 Seconds, Speed 5
Add 1000g Beef Saute 5 Minutes, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting"
Add Cinnamon Saute 1 Minute, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting"
Add Orange Zest, Orange Juice, 210g Water, Vegetable Stock Paste, Maple Syrup, Bay Leaf, Salt Cook for 30 Minutes, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting"
Add Cranberries and Cook for 5 Minutes, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting"
Combine in a seperate glass 1 Tbsp Arrowroot Flour and 1.5 water
Add this to the Bowl
Cook for 5 Minutes, "Counter-clockwise operation" , "Gentle stir setting"
Serve or put into your Thermoserver untill you are ready
Tip
Serve with Cauliflower Mash or Vegetables

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
