If I want to change it to a beef korma rather than chicken, do I follow the same process?
Just finished making this for the second time this week. It's TOO good!

This has become one of our favourite recipes! I have substituted sun dried tomatoes or a ripe tomato for the tomato paste and it is still delicious. Also, we use a whole chicken cut up and skinned and cook a longer time til done. Thank you.

Fantastic Thank You! Next time I will just add a little more spice
A family favorite!! Kids love it and devour two bowls, super easy and tasty... I add more chili to mine afterwards as I love spice.
Super recipe. I also halved the amount of chicken and kept the rest the same - delicious curry sauce. Will definitely make again.
Thanks again guys for your feedback.
Good suggestions too.

Delicious! i halved the amount of chicken and used 1 large onion. the rest I kept the same. New to thermomix, this is one Recipie I will add to my favorites.
Delicious!! Simple and easy too. Didn't have almonds so omitted along with the chilli to cater for my young kids' tastes. Also used store bought garam masala and still great flavour. Stronger tomato and cardamon flavours than other kormas eaten in the past so may reduce slightly for my own personal taste only. Even better the next day. Thanks for posting!
So easy and so tasty - one of my favourites!
