- 500 grams Frozen Spinach. Thawed And Drained
- 30 grams Butter
- 400 grams girello beef roast, sliced in strips
- 100 grams Tikka paste, from indian cookbook
- 50 grams water
- 100 grams natural yoghurt

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) Add spinach and butter in the tmx bowl cook for 5min speed 4 at 100 degrees.
2) Scrap down bowl and add Beef, Tikka paste, & Water cook for 20 min "Counter-clockwise operation" "Gentle stir setting" at 100 degrees
3) Add natural yoghurt and mix for 2 min 100 degrees "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1 with the MC removed
Tip
I served with Rice and Tortillas (recipe for the tortillas on the www.trtlmt.com.au )

I have made this several times using beef, lamb and chicken (at different times!) it's very yummy. I sometimes add some onion and garlic too.
