Ingredients
Sweet Sticky Lamb
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10 g ginger, peeled
- 500 g Lamb, diced
- 20 g oil
- 4 stalks spring onion, roughly chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 20 g Kecap Manis (sweet soy)
- 30 g rice wine, (Eg Shiwan rice chiew)
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 1 tbsp hot water

1. Add garlic and ginger to TM bowl. Chop 4sec/Speed 7
2. Add lamb and oil, saute Varoma/8min//
3. Add spring onion, sesame oil, sweet chilli sauce, kecap manis & rice wine. Cook Varoma/6min//
4. Mix cornflour and water to form a thick paste. Pour in through the lid for the last the minute of cook time.
Serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
Tip
If you like it spicy, add 1 tbsp of chilli sauce in Step 3.

Im not sure what you all did that I didnt but this was pretty bland and tasteless and looked like something out of a dog food can - wont be trying this one again

Very tasty dish , even the non lamb eater had some. I did double the recipe after reading the comments but didn't use the butterfly attachment and it didn't shred the lamb. I'm going to try it with beef next time, I'm sure it will be just as yummy.

lovely dish!! I also used the butterfly & I'll double the recipe next time too. I think it's the nicest meat dish I've cooked in my thermi.
Divine! I added the butterfly attachment from step 2 onwards just to stop any of the lamb shredding to bits. Next time I'll double the recipe as there wasn't a lot to go around four people. Absolutely beautiful flavour though!!
