Remove all vegetables from Thermomix and set aside to cool in Varoma.
Place Onion and Tomato into TM Bowl with butter - Saute 2 mins 100 degrees at sp 1 (so as to not mash tomato).

Add chopped Ham (or chicken) to the large bowl with egg, milk and cheese mix and stir in gently.
Gently stir in the green veg and capsicum, followed by potato and pumpkin.
DRAIN Onion and Tomato mix then fold into the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper..
Pour into the prepared baking dish - making sure all vegetable and ham are evenly distributed around.
Bake in pre - heated oven 200 deg for 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and set in the centre.
Serve hot as is or with a salad.
OR Allow to cool in dish before slicing if you require for a cold savory.
Great for bite size finger foods, party snacks, picnics, school lunches, breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Prepare a Dish
Tip
Cool in fridge if you want it as a cold slice. It will slice easily when firmer.
If you want to use this for finger food size pieces, it will make roughly 70 pieces. Make sure the Frittata is cooled in the fridge to firm it up. Then slice to the sizes you want, whilst still in the baking dish. Run knife around all edges to release from sides. Place a Large platter over the top and turn upside down, give a gentle tap all over so the cut pieces will form nicely on your platter.

Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

I pretty much free styled this, using the recipe as a base, thanks so much for sharing it.
I had lots of spuds and a few other veggies on hand, including rocket, so I used salmon fillets that I baked in foil in the pre heated oven, before flaking it into the egg, etc mix. Because I thought there were enough flavours going on with the salmon and rocket, I skipped the feta, but, will include it when doing a ham version. I also used marscapone instead of cream, again, because I had some on hand.
Delicious. Rave reviews. Easy. And, Note to self: makes enough for ceramic dish for Brad & family and us for 2 dinners. Would be excellent for pre dinner.
I'm fairly new to thermomix and am wondering whether you need to add water to the bowl before cooking the vegetables in the Varoma? I tried to cook it without any water )as the egg mixture was not in the bowl) and it didn't cook the veges at all. Can you please amend the recipe if required to add the water.
I made it without meat and it turn out very nice for vegetarian party finger food. Thank you for your recipe.
Hi there, thanks for sharing your recipe . Has anyone made this in the TM31? If so, what allowances did you make?
Thanks in advance for your reply,
Tracey
