- 3 carrots, Washed and chopped
- 1 zucchini, Washed and chopped
- 1 onion, Peeled and halved
- 2 tomatoes, Washed and chopped in half
- 1 bunch parsley, Washed
- 1 sprig rosemary, Washed
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 160 gm rock salt
- 4 tablespoon olive oil

Method Place all vegetables and herbs in bowl ... Chop 10 sec/ speed 6.
Add salt and 1 tablespoon only of oil. Cook 20 minutes varoma 20 mins /varoma speed 1 Blend 1min speed 4 increase to 9 Needs to be a smooth texture . Place into jars cover with remaining olive oil Store in fridge

Tip
You can use any vegetables you have left over.
If you have leftover vegies, store in freezer ready for you when you need to make more stock!

Half the salt
I made this today. Thanks for your recipe I found it easy to follow.
WAY too salty. I'm going to make another batch with no salt, hopefully that will get it to a decent taste.
great recipe. i always halve the salt as i find it to strong. also if you put them in ice cube trays and place in the freezer they are perfect portions and easy when your in a rush

Cheap and easy, will never run out of stock again
Great recipe but i added a couple of extras then accidentally over salted it! I'll just make an unsalted batch and add them in together, that should do the trick!
