- 2 cm peeled fresh ginger, optional
- 30 grams olive oil
- 50 grams raw cashews
- 1/4 tsp tumeric
- Salt and pepper, to season

- Add cabbage to bowl, chop on speed 4 for 5-10 seconds (with the assistance of spatula). Set aside as much as you can (Thermoserver is great for this).Add cumin seed and ginger (if using) to bowl, mince on speed 7 for 3 seconds. Add 30g olive oil and raw cashews, cook for 3 min/varoma/reverse/speed1.Add shredded cabbage and turmeric and cook for 8 mins/100 degrees/reverse/ speed 1. Season with salt and pepper

Loved the cashews, better when you let it sit a while
Cabbage! Yum! Makes a nice side. I used 1 teaspoon of turmeric and otherwise followed everything else and it turned out great! Thanks for sharing!
I added onion and garlic chopped on Speed 6 for 3 sec. Then added ghee, saute 100c / Speed 1 / 3 mins. I also added extra tumeric. Tastes good and is healthy too.
I added onion, garlic and mushroom as part of the base and used curry powder instead of the herbs recomended, tasted great.
This was okay but quite a bland curry. I added some onion flakes, herbed salt in addition to the salt and pepper listed. Loved the ginger and cashews in it! Thanks for sharing
This recipe was delicious - I served up 2 large serves for dinner last night (with lamb cutlets), and there was enough left over for lunch today. Thanks for sharing.
