Ingredients

Paneer bhurji

  • 200 grams paneer, Cut in 6-8 parts
  • 2 pieces onions, Cut into half
  • 2 pieces green chilli, Optional
  • 20 grams Gram flour, Besan
  • 1 leaf bay leaf
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 grams Butter
  • 1 level tbsp oil
  • 50 g cream
  • 100 gram tomato puree
  • 2 pods garlic
  • 1 tsp sugar, Optional

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place paneer in the mixing bowl with lid and chop (choose cheese) 5 seconds

    once done transfer and keep it aside
  2. Gentle stir setting"Gentle stir setting" Add onion, oil, butter, green chilli (optional), garlic
    besan (gram flour) - chop onion mode - 5 seconds

    once done add Cumin seeds, bay leaf

    replace measuring cup with steaming basket

    cook at 110'c speed 1 for 5 minutes

    onions will look glossy at this stage
  3. Once done, add tomato puree, all the spices - turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala, salt, sugar (optional)

    cook with steaming Basket for 10 minutes - 110c - speed 1
  4. Add fresh cream coriander

    cook for 1 minute , stirring mode, 90c
  5. Finally add the grated paneer,

    cook at 90c for 2 minutes, stirring mode

    seeve hot with rice / breads

Tip

Green chilli is purely optional (adjust to your taste)

sugar is optional too - it removes any sour taste from tomatoes that's why I have added
