Ingredients
Risotto
- 50 grams Parmesan cheese, cubed
- 1-2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 onion, peeled
- 50 grams olive oil
- 380 grams Aborio Rice
- 100 grams white wine
- 1 carrot, peeled and cut small cubed
- 125 grams corn kernels (canned), drained
- 90 grams Chicken Breast Cubed
- 140 grams bacon, cubed
- some Baby Spinach Leaves
- 1 heaped tablespoon TM stock concentrate
- 950 grams water

Place parmesan into TM bowl and grate 8 seconds speed 9, transfer to a separate bowl and set aside. Rinse TM bowl and dry. Place spinach leaves into Thermoserver.
Place garlic and onion into TM bowl, chop 5 seconds speed 5. Scrap down sides of the bowl and add oil.
Saute 3 mins, 100 deg, speed 1.
Add rice and wine, saute 3 mins, 100 deg, "Counter-clockwise operation" speed 1.
Add all other ingredients except grated parmesan cheese into the TM bowl. Cook 17 mins, 100 deg, "Counter-clockwise operation" , speed 1.
When cooked, pour risotto into Thermoserver and add grated cheese. Allow the risotto to wilt the spinach and melt the cheese in the Thermoserver.
Serve with cracked pepper

Can anyone help me with replacements for the TM stock? Are a few cubes just as affective?

First risotto i made in my TM 5 was yummy!
This has become my new goto recipe for quick and easy dinner. I just love it and my teenage boys just lap it up. I don't use the corn and have put other vegies in like brocolli and beans. I also add extra chicken and bacon. This recipe has never failed me. Thank you so much for sharing it.
