Very quick and delicious meal! I used mushrooms and fresh snow peas and coconut cream rather than milk. The colour wasn't great (because of the mushies) and it was very runny when I placed it in the thermoserver (and my hubby later told me he was worried at that point) but we both agreed it tasted great! Thanks for the recipe!

This was quite tasty and easy. Made at least 4 decent serves.

The recipe worked really well but the taste put me off. I think using ordinary milk or cream would work much better as the taste of the coconut milk really came through and I wasn't a fan of the flavour so had to drown it out with cheese lol! I'll try it again with dairy as the proportions and times were perfect tmrc_emoticons.)

This was ok, a bit runny, but I used zucchini instead of peas and suspect its water content might not have helped. Also, I used wholemeal pasta.

If I make it again I miget use coconut cream instead of milk and try other vege combinations.

I made this tonight for my 18 month old, and she loved it. I didn't have any mushroom, so I added some carrot at the start with the onion. I also put some fresh spinach in the thermoserver. Will definitely make it again!

Very yummy will make again. I made a double batch which just fitted in the thermo. I doubled the liquid and pasta but not the veges so it would fit.
