Doubled recipe, added 1 juiced lemon , cooked extra 8 min at 100 degrees slit dud the boil over and its perfect 🤩
Loved this recipe. I doubled the plums (1kg), kept the sugar the same (500g) and added the juice from a lemon, and cooked for 45 minutes. Was absolutely delicious!
This turned out pretty tasty, i normally like my jam a little bit thicker but it still works.

Great recipe worked with extra 10 mins at Varoma and 300 grams sugar. Thanks for sharing.
I added lemon juice otherwise everything exactly the same
Made your plum jam today and it is a fantastic and very simple recipe...the only thing I did extra was add juice of 1 lemon at the beginning and cooked as the recipe suggested....very easy and the jam is excellent...will be making more...thank you!
Excellent Recipe
I did 500g plum flesh, 350g raw sugar and half a lime to help set. Did extra 10 mins on Veroma as plums were quite ripe. Perfect!
I was gifted some homegrown blood plums and followed your recipe with a tweak or two. I used 870 gms in the TM5 bowl, 500g of the CSR jam sugar (which I could have cut back a little, as I didn't know how sweet it would be) and cooked it on varoma for 20 minutes. I checked it after that and thought I'd do 10 minutes more on 105 degrees and dropped in some whole star anise for a flavour pop. The reverse mode was also used so that it didn't go too smooth. My hubby gives it the lick of approval! Thank you for this quick user friendly recipe.

Great jam recipe, but runny, so i added 2 teaspoons of Agar Agar after cooking, and wizz for a few seconds, pour into hot jars, sterilised in the dishwasher. Sets in jars really firm, but easy to spread.
I was given some spray free plums so made up a batch using this recipe. I cooked a good 10 mins longer at 100deg. I think I should have put it up to Veroma. Just seems a little on the thin side for my liking. But still tastes yummy. I will use this recipe again but tweek it a little.
