i decided to make pizza tonight just to try this recipe, and it was worth it. It was yum, although next i'll add some salt and a couple extra veggies. I can't wait to use the leftovers for pasta sauce.

Yum, love making this sauce for our pizzas and also for pasta.  I use any veggies that I have and I also add a little bit of stock concentrate.  It is easy to make and the whole family love it.  Thanks.

Worked perfectly. I threw in a few more veges that I happened to have on hand. Make sure you remember to sit the simmer basket on top of the lid as the sauce will splatter profusely. Thumbs up.  tmrc_emoticons.)
