- 4 Majool dates, remove stone
- 3tbs olive oil
- 1 tbs Zaatar
- salt pepper to taste

chop beetroot to smaller chunks add everything except yoghurt and chop speed9-10 for 2mins stop half way scrape down
add yoghurt and mix for further 20secs speed 5
make day before you need to allow flavour to develop,i kept for over a week and used with a few meals nice in wraps and with cold meats

I served sprinkled with roasted hazelnuts /spring onions and some chunks goats feta

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. This is a beautiful dip, especially with the Spring Onions, Hazelnuts and Fetta , I also sprinkle some toasted Cumin seeds on top, delicious!
