Ingredients
SOUP
- 1 brown onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 850 grams water
- 2 tablespoon chicken stock paste
- 450 grams chopped vegetables, frozen are perfect
- 1/2 BBQ Chicken Carcass, cut into pieces using kitchen scissors
- 200 g water, extra
- 150 grams dried macaroni

-Chop Brown Onion and Garlic 2 sec/spd 6.
-Sauté 2 mins/varoma/spd 2.
-Add vegetables to bowl. Chop 3 sec/spd 5 (if not already chopped)
-Add Water and Chicken Stock Concentrate bowl.
- Put steamer basket into TM Bowl and place chopped chicken carcass into basket.
-Cook 20 mins/100/reverse/spd soft.
-Remove steamer basket.
-Add the extra water and macaroni to bowl.
-Cook 10 mins/100/reverse/spd soft. (Cook for recdommended cooking time for pasta + 1 minute)
-Meanwhile, remove flesh from bones and put flesh into TM Bowl through the MC hole.
Tip
*Fresh vegetables or other frozen vegetables can be used. You won't need to chop them up much if they are small pieces.
**If there is not much meat left on the carcass, you can add raw chopped chicken to the steamer basket.
*you can vary the pasta used. If you're in a hurry, add broken pieces of angel hair pasta instead of macaroni, and adjust cooking time.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. delicious and very easy
Great recipe ... I added dried thyme when cooking and fresh thyme when serving. Also for a change I added soup mix ie. barley and lentils. That worked well too.
