- Thumb Sized Piece Of Ginger
- 1/2 bunch corriander
- 2CM piece lemongrass
- Chilli to taste
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon vegetable stock, SEE EDC
- 1/2 Capsicum, Roughly Chopped
- 1/2 Head of Cauliflower, Roughly Chopped
- 1 large zucchini, Roughly Chopped
- 2 sticks Celery, Roughly Chopped
- 1 teaspoon agave nectar

Place ginger, coriander, lemongrass and chilli in TM bowl and chop 5sec/sp8 and scrap down the bowl
Place all other ingredients into TM bowl and cook 12mins/100 Degrees/"Counter-clockwise operation" /Sp1
Add agave nectar to TM bowl and mix 1min/"Counter-clockwise operation" /sp1
Serve and Enjoy

You can also add in step 2 - 1/2 cooked BBQ chicken if desired.
