  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp dried yeast
  • 20 g olive oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place Spinach (ensuring clean and dry) and 150gm of the bakers flour in to TM bowl and chop 7 seconds/sp7
    Add the water, remaining 400gm of bakers flour, yeast, olive oil and salt and mix for 7seconds/sp7
    Set TM to Closed lid"Closed lid" and knead on Dough mode"Dough mode" for 1m30seconds.
    Turn the bowl  upright above your Thermomat and turn the blade until the dough twists out of the bowl.
    Let dough rise in a warm spot for about 20 - 30 minutes.
    Roll out between another thermomat or 2 pieces of baking paper into two large bases and top as desired with your choice of toppings.Bake for about 30 mins at 180d

Tip

I made this recipe initially for part of a childrens birthday party lunch. I rolled the dough out into a large rectangle - the size of the thermomat, then used the spatula to cut it into squares and made individual pizzas for all of the guests with the toppings of their choice.
