Alternative Mayonnaise
Tip
For this mayonnaise you need much less oil then on a normal mayonnaise. If you want to turn this into a "remouladen sauce, just add 3 little gherkins(original dill)cut in half 1-2 tbsp of herbs(after tasting) 1tbsp of honey 1 tomato cut in quaters 1 onion cut in quaters 1 apple cut in quaters. Put all ingredients into the TM bowl at close lid possition. Press the turbo button 2-3 times or until all the ingredients in small size, then add all this to the mayonnaise.

Thank you for this recipe......it is just delicious....it is my go to recipe when ever I need a little something to add flavour.....I have also tried the remouladen sauce version and was amazed.....I have made a very easy potato salad just drizzling this over cubed cooked potatoes.
Keep up the good work
