    Hello all,

I too unfortunately made scrambled eggs! How is everyone who managed to make them well manage to turn them? 😬😁

I just made these & they were delicious, I added almond meal (so now they aren't nut free) I cooked them in a bit of coconut oil & served with raspberries, coconut yoghurt & a smidge of maple syrup, Definately on my favourites menu.

These are great! I add almond meal to ours (no nut allergies here) - makes them more filling and top with pure maple syrup. Love the idea of greek yoghurt and raspberries @Bikini Mama! Will try it out.

I love the idea of these.  I have these cooking right now.  They look good and smell good however i can't for the life of me flip them and have ended up with something more like scrambled eggs.  They seem to take ages to cook.  Maybe I'm doing something wrong. tmrc_emoticons.(

I use two eggs and the recipe makes 3 large pancakes.  Absolutely delightful!  On cheat day, I add greek yogurt and raspberries.

Greatness is upon YOU.  Act like it!

Just tried these. Flavour was good but maybe I need to upgrade my pans coz they didn't stay together.. What pan do you use to cook them in and what oil/butter? I used coconut oil.
