Our favourite muffin recipe, I reduced sugar to 50g and still tastes great !

This was a winner! So quick and easy. They came out light and fluffy. I substituted some of the brown sugar for rice bran syrup but otherwise copied the recipe. I iced them with cream cheese mixed with lemon. Thank you for the great recipe

Loved them. So tasty. Fluffy, light and very moreish. I subbed the sugar with athe same weight of medjool dates and a squeeze of honey. Will be making again and again!

Yum ! I substituted half the sugar with honey and used whole meal flour with chia seed and linseed and it all tasted yummy - thanks for the easy recipe

Good one- I used wholemeal (although will try spelt next time- I'd just ran out) and rice malt syrup instead of sugar so they're good for the lunch boxes.

These are great. An easy way to hide fruit and veggies from the children. I added craisins instead of raisins, and threw in a tablespoon of chia seeds for extra goodness.  Great recipe.
