This was a delicious meal. Used vegetarian sausages and a can of tomatoes and a can of coconut milk. No packets of soup. I added a teaspoon of chilli powder with the onion and some garlic and I added some fresh mushrooms in the last 10 minutes.
Tasty, simple (and cheap) meal. This one has been added to the weekly dinner list!

Lovely recipe but found my sausages were totally mashed up even with using butterfly so I just kept them aside in the final step And added to sauce when it finished cooking.
In the soup aisle there are packets of pwdered soup mix. Its by campbells. Its usually located on the bottom row in the woolies soup aisle. I have also used my vegetable soup concentrate with about 1-2 Tablespoons of cornflour.
Please help! By sachet of soup, what do u mean? I have a tin? :O
OMG this was devine. Can not believe how easy it was and saved so much mucking around and washing up.
Love that I can use it for chicken and prawns too.
Huge hit with the kids too.
Thanks heaps.
