Nice as an almost 'one pot' meal. I did cook a separate pot of rice to go with.
Yum!
Lovely, thank you. Interesting combination. Halved ingredients for 2 people which worked well. Will definitely make again.
A lovely meal, and very healthy as well
This was great. My partner cooked this and but couldn't find the millions of lemons we have so he used a lime instead and i couldn't taste the difference. Will definatley give this a go again (but with lemons lol)

I really like this recipe. I love how the chicken cooks in the sauce while the vegies cook on top. I used the Thermomix vegie stock (1tsp) with water or white wine, and honey instead of sugar. It works great with frozen veg on the top with 10 minutes left to cook.
Found this easy & yummy. Loved the fact it was not too sweet - thanks.
Hi Supersue, chicken was cooked in the mixing bowl at the same time you steamed veg in the Varoma.

I don't get how you cook the chicken?
Sugar, it def needs sugar to balance out the acidity.
Frustrated cook ready to bounce into the TM world with gusto!
