Delicious!! I added a carrot and mixed herbs. I also used regular mince to make them moist. Cooked beautifully on the Weber and the whole family loved them. Thanks for sharing.
Yum these are the best and so healthy!
So easy, quick and tasty. I had 600g of mince to use so just adjusted the other qtys and added some italian herbs. They stay together really well!
Yum. Great batch size. I have another 2 meals in the freezer. More rissoles and some to use as meatballs
Very easy

All 5 in our family enjoyed these and one made the comment that "they are like real meat balls"!?! I think she meant non-paleo ones! A real pleaser to say the least. I will try again but add some carrot next time and maybe some herbs as well. Thanks for sharing.
These are so easy and delicious! With my 'traditional' recipe I always struggled with them falling apart as I cook them but the consistency was really easy to work with. I added carrots too, but you can really sneak in any veggies. I only had 1 egg left but it was still enough and didn't affect the recipe. This recipe fed a family of 6 including a hungry 16yo male teen, with heaps left over for lunches.
Do you think I could make these smaller? More like a meatball? I have a few to feed
Fantasic easy recipe I added some carrot as well. My kids were none the wiser
So yummy I didn't reach for the tomato sauce
