Delicious!! I added a carrot and mixed herbs. I also used regular mince to make them moist. Cooked beautifully on the Weber and the whole family loved them. Thanks for sharing.Cooking 6

So easy, quick and tasty. I had 600g of mince to use so just adjusted the other qtys and added some italian herbs. They stay together really well!

All 5 in our family enjoyed these and one made the comment that "they are like real meat balls"!?! I think she meant non-paleo ones! A real pleaser to say the least. I will try again but add some carrot next time and maybe some herbs as well. Thanks for sharing.  tmrc_emoticons.)

These are so easy and delicious! With my 'traditional' recipe I always struggled with them falling apart as I cook them but the consistency was really easy to work with.  I added carrots too, but you can really sneak in any veggies. I only had 1 egg left but it was still enough and didn't affect the recipe.  This recipe fed a family of 6 including a hungry 16yo male teen, with heaps left over for lunches.

Do you think I could make these smaller? More like a meatball? I have a few to feed tmrc_emoticons.)
