A great way to use up any leftover roast lamb and vegies

(the only thing I dont make in my Thermomix)!

The amount, and type, of meat and vegetables can be adjusted

depending on what you have leftover.

Makes 4 adult pies.

Delicious, I added extra meat and veges. Didn't bother with the wine. I used the filling in a pie. Will definitely be making this again.

Very easy. Thanks as this was a great way to use left over roast. I added 1 tsp of vege stock and a little extra meat and then made pies using puff pastry in my pie maker. This (without the potato mash topping) was a great pie filling.

I would grate the cheese in the TMX first. I guessed the amount and didn't grate enough, I might grate a whole heap and freeze for next time and pizza etc.

Two TBS premixed cornflour wasn't enough for me but I used high water veg. I'll adjust accordingly next time.

I used TMX veg stock, winner every time.

Next time I won't blitz the meat as much as I like it chunky.

The flavour was brill and I'll make this recipe again for sure, thank you for posting.

No cheese mentioned in ingredients and perhaps it would be a good idea to say mix the corn flour with a little water. Otherwise very good thank you!

I added leftover gravy instead of red wine and blitzed carrot and celery with the onion. I also added more cornflour. Next time I would probably shred the lamb less

This is a family favourite for us. Great way to use left over roast lamb. And you can hide whatever Vegas you have in it. Grated cheese on top of the mash just finishes it off too. Delicious.
