Great recipe thanks ! Swapped the zucchini with mushrooms. Served with grated cheese and Greek yogurt. Will definitely make again .
Yum! This is amazing. I was suprised at how great this tasted and how easy it is to make and so healthy. Will definitely be a favourite.
I made this last night and it was enjoyed by all the family, even the carnivores Will definately make again
This was absolutley devine. It will certainly be a regular in our house 😃
Awesome! Always a winner 😉
This is beautiful. I didn't change a thing and it was amazing
So so yummy, I used whatever vegetables I had in the fridge and it is still so tasty
I used three cans in mine (cannellini beans, black beans, and a 4 bean mix) but I think I'll do the whole 4 cans, another zucchini, corn kernels and maybe another chilli next time. I served mine with a dollop of sour cream and some grated cheese and it was very tasty.
I'll definitely be making this again!
Super yummy! I only used 2 cans of mixed beans, and 1 tablespoon of stock and it was plenty. Thanks for sharing
I only used three cans of assorted beans and still added the tomato paste, as well as adding a green chilli also because I love spice. WOW! I loved it. A great vegeterain/vegan adaption of chilli con carne. Will definitely be a regular dish in my household from now on... Thanks so much for sharing.
